Solutions are available for vector networks analysis up to 65GHz and for spectral analysis up to 30GHz. Furthermore, a sampling scope allows sub nanosecond time domain analysis.
These equipments can be coupled with a manual probe station for 8''(200 mm) wafer size characterization.
