Research

CROMA's research activities cover a very broad spectrum, ranging from CMOS microelectronics to photonics, including millimeter and terahertz waves. They involve research in micro and nanotechnologies, as well as the design and characterization of circuits, microsystems, and systems.

Micro Nano Electronic Devices (CMNE)

The CMNE team relies on recognized expertise in device physics, combining experimental and theoretical approaches. Despite the diversity of applications, the physical issues encountered remain very consistent as they are closely related to semiconductor physics.

Devices in High fRequencies for sustainable Electronics And for complex systeMS (DHREAMS)

The DHREAMS team is dedicated to two main research areas:
Sustainable microwave electronics
Advanced microwave characterization of complex systems

PHOtonics Terahertz and Optoelectronics (PHOTO)

Within the PHOTO team, we conduct research in optoelectronics and photonics, ranging from visible light to microwaves, including infrared and terahertz waves.

Publications

The CROMA laboratory disseminates its scientific results in the form of articles in specialized journals.
