Abstract :
Stress is one of the major concerns of our society, from human and economic perspectives as well as in the workplace. To date, research projects have mainly focused on curative approaches (new drugs, rehabilitation equipment, or treatments for physical, mental or emotional disorders).
The objective of our project is to propose a preventive approach aimed at reducing the number of individuals experiencing distress.
In order to do that, we are studying high-frequency, broadband or resonant devices designed for the quantification of well-being hormones in solution (dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, cortisol). Their quantification, as well of that of potential interfering agents, paves the way for the development of portable continuous monitoring devices.
