ESSDERC 2010 Young Scientist Award

Jae Woo LEE received the ESSDERC 2010 "Young Scientist Award", which rewards the best student presentation, for the talk entitled "Experimental Analysis of Surface Roughness Scattering in FinFET Devices" by Jae Woo Lee, Doyoung Jang, Mireille Mouis, Gyu Tae Kim, Thomas Chiarella, Thomas Hoffman, and Gérard Ghibaudo. Jae Woo Lee is pursuing his PhD work at IMEP-LAHC, in the framework of a co-supervision agreement with Prof. Gyu Tae Kim group at Korea University, Seoul. He is supported by the Nanoscience Foundation. This work was part of the European Network of Excellence NANOSIL.
