Near-Field Microscopy: AFM, its modes and Applications

Abstract :
In this seminar, I propose to give a brief overview of the near-field measurements that can be performed in the laboratory, using several projects I am working on to illustrate the different modes of AFM, discussing their properties and capabilities. I will specifically present work on KPFM, PFM, and SMIM, if these acronyms are unfamiliar to you, come and discover them during the seminar!
