European & International Nanolectronic Roadmaps: from Materials to Systems"

This third Seminar during this confinement period, presented by Francis Balestra, Director of Research CNRS, will focus on Roadmapping activities performed at European and International levels, covering all the Nanoelectronic technologies: More Moore (logic devices and memories), More than Moore (smart sensors, power devices, energy harvesting), Beyond-CMOS (novel technologies, architectures, state variables...), Connectivity, Heterogeneous Integration and System Design, Materials, Equipments and Manufacturing Science, etc.
