A new European project on semiconductors in synergy with EU Chips Act led by Francis BALESTRA ( Researcher CNRS). ICOS (International Cooperation On Semiconductors) 's main objective is to support the European Commission in its effort to re-establish the global position of Europe in the semiconductor value chain.
